When you send a booking enquiry you choose what to share, typically your name, email address, phone number, your travel dates, the number of rooms and guests, and any notes you add.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we also keep that correspondence.

Our website does not run its own booking server. When you submit the form, it opens your own email app (or WhatsApp) with the details filled in, which you then send to hotelsamye@gmail.com.

We only receive the information you choose to send.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your stay, and keep in touch about your booking. We do not use them for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services needed to provide your stay, for example, arranging an airport pickup you've requested, or where required by law.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to handle your stay and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hotelsamye@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
