Enquiries sent through our website form, WhatsApp or email are requests, not confirmed reservations.

Your booking is confirmed only when a member of our team replies to confirm availability and the final price. We do not take prepayment to hold a room.

All rates are shown in Bhutanese Ngultrum (Nu.). Any figure produced by the on-site booking calculator is an estimate based on the dates, rooms and guests you enter; the final price is confirmed by us.

Promotional and launch rates are introductory offers, available for a limited time and subject to availability. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Rates exclude any government taxes or levies unless we state otherwise.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are offered when available.

As we do not take prepayment, you can change or cancel your stay free of charge by letting us know at least 24 hours before your check-in date.

For group bookings we may agree separate terms with you in advance.

The content, images and branding on this site belong to Hotel Samye and may not be reproduced without permission. We may update the site, our rates and these terms at any time.

We take good care of our guests, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
